- Watch the first 23 minutes of Creating a Constitution and write down 10 facts that you did NOT already know
- Watch the State of the Union Address. Divide paper in half, on the left list what the president is planning to do. On the right list whether his plan is a good idea or bad idea, and why.
- Watch the following 4 responses to the State of the Union address: Republican Response 9.5 mins Libertarian Response 7.5 mins Tea Party Response 13 mins Rand Paul Response 12.5 mins . Divide the paper into four squares, list 4 things for each response on the left side, and whether you agree or disagree, and why on the right side. The Republican/Libertarian responses can be on the front of the paper, and the Tea Party/Rand Paul responses can be on the back of the paper.
